Local Roots
Morley, Thomas & McHill has deep roots in Linn County. Our senior partner, Bill Thomas, has been practicing law since 1943 and continues to practice three days a week. He knows generations of residents of Lebanon and other communities by first name. He was member of the Oregon State Bar Committee that helped draft Oregon's Probate and Estate Code more than 40 years ago, and he helped raise funds to build Lebanon Community Hospital.
Managing partner Thomas McHill has served as Lebanon City Attorney for the past 20 years. Together, he and Attorney Thomas have served more than two decades on the Lebanon School Board.
